Our After Sale service is designed to handle all the complexities that may arise post-sale, ensuring a seamless experience for your customers and peace of mind for you. Here are some of the cases that we handle during After Sale:

- Product Issues: If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, all you need to do is provide us with the order ID. We will follow up and work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a replacement, refund, or repair.
- Delivery Issues: If a package is lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or not delivered at all, we will investigate the issue and coordinate with the delivery service to resolve it.
- Return and Exchange Requests: We handle all aspects of returns and exchanges, from receiving and inspecting returned items to restocking and processing refunds or exchanges.
Address Issues: If a customer's address is incomplete or incorrect, we will immediately contact you to have the issue resolved. We understand the importance of accurate delivery information and work diligently to ensure that packages reach their intended recipients.
